I've been locked out of my account for 10 days. I've opened 3 cases and 6 issues with no luck. How can I escalate or pay for support?

My personal account is locked. My personal account email is an alias to my work and vice versa. I locked my personal typing my work password in MS Teams, because Teams was not prompting for Work/School vs Personal. Now, I'm stuck.
