Our business's main person in charge of outlook is no longer with the company. He won't give up his personal password, or the admin password (he set it all up). I am taking over and need to be the admin, but I can't figure out. Ive tried several times to call or chat with someone, but cant talk with anyone. I submitted a request to be called, but never received a phonecall, despite waiting two days, as it stated. Our business depends on emails, and I'm very frustrated and disappointed that its taking this long to figure this out or even talk to a human being to get this solved. Will someone pl
