Spartan73 Posted September 6, 2008 Author Posted September 6, 2008 Mate sorry - how do i put the image in this page? Tried Uploading ( via attachment link above ) but image was too big, and when I resized it cropped most of the pic ( in paint ) Tried inserting image link - but its asking for a URL loacation. Even tried pasting it in - LOL Saved the image to my desktop. Quote
Guest Wolfeymole Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 Did you save the pic as .jpeg or .png Spartan rather than .bmp, a bmp file is massive mate. In Manage Attachments just browse to the file on your desktop. Example; C:\Windows\Spartan\Desktop\picture Quote
Spartan73 Posted September 6, 2008 Author Posted September 6, 2008 Trying saving as PNG now Wolfey thanks. Quote
Goku Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 Hello Spartan. The Forum uploader has some file size limits so you cannot upload images which exceed the file size. If you want to post large images without cropping any portion, then use a third party uploader service such as Photobucket or Tinypic. After you upload the image there, you will be presented with your image URL. Just copy it and paste it in the Forum reply box within the xxxxxxxxxxx tags. Note: Replace the xxxxxxxxxxx above with your image URL. This will post the image in your reply and will also help take the load off the FPCH server. Hope that helps. Good Luck. :) -- Goku Quote
