custom firewall rules via GPO's?

Is it possible to create and enforce my own port rules via GP (local or

domain) on XP's firewall (SP2)? I'd like to open a few specific

non-standard ports but still let the firewall handle everything else.

 

Example:

-allow port 5555 from any source
