Windows 2003/2003 R2 server - multiple processors

HI,

 

I am trying to remember the difference in Windows 2003 and 2003 R2 when it

comes to when you can user Standard or Enterprise Ed.

 

If I have 2 processors installed can I use either version for 2003 R2 ?
