Hi, did I completely damage my pc or is there a way to fix it? I think the code is because I closed it while it was updating and said” do not turn off

I have exactly one year of having my laptop. This past Saturday I took my computer to Best Buy because a couple of days before it had started to lag and then the next day a blue screen popped up on it. No matter the options I chose the screen would always come back, whether I restarted or did advanced trouble shooting. By the time I brought it to the store the computer wouldn’t even turn on. The technician got it to turn on and the blue screen did not pop up again. He said it was fine and then I showed him the picture and he said that code meant it got shut down while updating.
