Guest Ron Yuen Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 My XPPro equiped laptop (work supplied) is not checking for updates even though I have it configured to download updates but not to install automatically. I can manually go to MS to detect updates that are needed and can successfully install the updates with no errors but I need it to check for updates daily which it does not do. Are there any registry settings that I can check to make sure that I have the right info to enable this feature? It has never worked and I've had the laptop for 2 years now. Thank you in advance.
