Hello, I have a Lenovo B590 Laptop running Windows 10 Pro and I've been experiencing 5 minute lags when trying to connect to websites. I tried booting the computer in 'Safe Mode with Networking', noticed the problem seemed to go away. I tried running a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner but it got stuck and was unable to finish scanning. Also tried running a full scan using Windows Defender in Normal Mode, it said it didn't find anything.The erratic behavior seemed to stop for a couple of days, but this morning I couldn't load any websites for a half hour, then it started working ag
