Reroute sound back to soundcard in XP

Is there a way that I can reroute sound back to my soundcards input

via software?

 

What my idea is:

 

Talking to friend on my my voip software phone or playing

counterstrike, I play a sound file and people on voip or within the

game hear it as well.
