Guest choada Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 I just bought a new computer. Now my Logitech 3 button mouse (marble) does not let me select the middle button as a double click. It is old but I love it. I can't even get to select a different mouse to configure. I ran the install software (which it lets me do) but then when I go to the mouse properties, it is the same generic 2 button mouse. Help! -- choada

You need to get drivers from Logitech for your mouse for the operating system you are running on the new machine. If Logitech doesn't make drivers for XP any more (or Vista) for that particular mouse, then I'm sorry but it's time to replace the mouse. If you cant get the drivers for the mouse you have from Ligitech than you are out of luck. You then have to get a mouse that has the specific drivers you need to work the button.s -- http://www.bootdisk.com/
