Guest b_lwalker@hotmail.com Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 When I try to shut down, Windows will do a bit of thinking (after checking the Task Manager, it stops about 20 processes) then stops. It doesn't freeze, I don't get any error messages...I can keep on working as if nothing happened - except it won't shut down. The only way to turn it off is to press the power button. Has anyone encountered this before - and more importantly - know how to fix it? Cheers
