On Thursday, September 28 (2 YEAR AFTER I PURCHASED MY COMPUTER TO THE DAY) I reached out to Microsoft to help me with my microphone. I had a meeting the next day and had tried everything. After 1 hour of her talking me through what I need to do, she asked me if she could have access to my computer. I said I didn't feel comfortable, but eventually let her. She looked around and found 4 microphone downloads (that came with my program) and asked me if she could download them. I told her I really didn't want to just download in hopes to fix it...she said no worries, these came with your software
