scroll bars

Hi can anyone help with my scroll bars as i press the arrow keys the screen

moves as if the screen has been refreshed, it moves in waves and is making me

sea sick does anyone know how to make it move normally. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

 

I only saw this once on a computer that hadn't had graphics/monitor drivers

installed that came from the graphics cards producer. Have you got the

latest drivers?

probably not have lost everything on this computer have no audio

devices/drivers either may as well throw the computer away for what good it

is now. thanks anyway.

Then go to the graphics card manufacturer site, download and install

updated drivers. Do the same thing for the sound card and other

devices. Don't use Windows Update for these devices; it seems to use

drivers that are too generic and are misfits for many devices.

 

Also try this:

 

Open Internet Options, Advanced tab, check "Smooth Scrolling" (which is

the last item in the "Browsing" sub-category).
