unmountable boot volume

I don't reallyknow much about computers, but my computer seems to not work

since the electrical plug was pulled during it was on. The blue screen

appears eveytime i try to turn it on. I get the UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

message along with 0x000000ED (0x81773AF8, 0xC0000006, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

iI have windows XP

please help.

is the most likely cause of the error.
