Dear Microsoft Community,We are unable to check the "Microsoft licence details" at the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center using our consumer accounts.Please let me know how to access my consumer account. We are unable to verify our Microsoft licence details because this consumer account has been terminated.Please see the attached snapshot.Prakash S
