Guest JJ Posted September 3, 2007 Posted September 3, 2007 I have two personal folders and both have all the subfolder I regularly use. Do I need this diplicate personal folder? Why? If not, how can I delete it? How do I set the column settings universally for all folders so I don't have to set them one at a time? Thanks -- jj
Guest N1K Posted September 3, 2007 Posted September 3, 2007 RE: outlook That can happen when you choose one of the options when importing mails. You can delete the folder you don't need from the left navigation pane by right clicking and selecting delete option. -- MCSA, MCDST, MCP Systems Specialist http://www.wincert.net "JJ" wrote: > I have two personal folders and both have all the subfolder I regularly use. > Do I need this diplicate personal folder?
