I have two personal folders and both have all the subfolder I regularly use.

Do I need this diplicate personal folder? Why? If not, how can I delete it?

How do I set the column settings universally for all folders so I don't have

to set them one at a time?

Thanks

RE: outlook

That can happen when you choose one of the options when importing mails.

You can delete the folder you don't need from the left navigation pane by

right clicking and selecting delete option.

Re: outlook

Or maybe you corrupted the Profile, in which case you need to add a new

profile, accounts and data file.

Column settings; in what View?
