Starting an animated cartoon on Photos Legacy? I don't think it can be done!

Hi,The reason I say that I don't think it can be done, is, I'm making animated cartoons by using my Paint program.I don't do rendering or rigging or any of that. :D So, on the "front side" of my Photos Legacy software, I have the photos/drawings that I've downloaded in to the Photos Legacy program. On the "back side" of the Photos Legacysoftware, there is a place for audio "clips." But Photos Legacy is really just garbage, I'm afraid: there is no way to match up the dialogue that is heard on the "back side" of Photos Legacy with the facial movements of the animated cartooncharacters that are
