"Windows could not start the Windows Installer service on Local Computer" Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified. How can I solved this problem, I've search a same problem like mine and still no have the same problem, I'd try to follow the windows support, and the result is zero. The beginning of this problem is, i want to install Epic Games Installer but whenever I try to download it, it keeps asking me "How do you want to open this .msi file? " And finally I know the problem is, the problem is the msi is missing in the service program, so I've decided to run cmd and scan the scf
