Screwed up my Realtek driver upon installation. What do I do now?

Greetings,Recently I had been having problems with my audio, ultimately deciding they had been caused by my outdated Realtek audio driver. I decided to update it. I followed the guide, downloaded the drivers from the intel website (I have an intel processor), I let the installer uninstall the previous realtek drivers and after restarting my laptop (HP) I ran the executable one more time and waited for the installation to finish. The progress bar got stuck and sat at the same position for about 2 hours. Thinking it was a good idea, I decided to open up my task manager and close the installer ma
