I am unable to leave my own family group that I am in, and because of it I cannot play Minecraft multiplayer. Help?

Hello! I am a long-time windows user, and I am having trouble playing Minecraft multiplayer, but I have traced the problem back to being in a Microsoft family, and the settings being messed up within it. I have done the steps where I add another member to the family in order to leave the family group, but every time I try to leave it hits me with the 'refresh or retry' pop-up. This is really frustrating, and I was hoping someone on the other-side could help me get out of a Microsoft family so that I can fix the rest of the issues, or if they could take me out of it by force.
