Windows audio cut out and windows audio service keeps turning off even after resetting and turning it back on HELP PLEASEEE!!

I was a custom built pc and have an asus b-550-A motherboard and have been trying to get my audio to work because it randomly cut on 4 days ago due to unknown reasons but I’ve tried updating all my sound drivers tried trouble shooting, tried almost everything but nothing will work even when I go into the sound option no devices pop up but I have 3 audio devices in device manger. Windows audio device also keeps turning off when I press yes, when I press yes all the audio devices put up for a second but disappear then there’s no audio devices found. Im not sure how to fix this I’ve tried install
