Windows 11 Display Randomly Turns Off but the Machine stays on. The display will only turn back on after holding the power button to turn it off / on

It has occurred in a number of applications however most notably Mortal Kombat 1. I have reinstalled the Nvidia graphics drivers and have rolled back to the older drivers. I have run sfc /scannow but there are no integrity issues detected. Windows troubleshooter does not detect any problems. My capture card display also turns off when the display does. Plugging the HDMI cable into a different monitor does not bring it back up eitherI have a GTX 3090Ti and i911900KF, this only started occurring last week however rolling back drivers has not fixed this behavior
