i got a blue screen and now im on an automatic repair loop

i got a blue screen from what i assume was a memory problem but after removing what would be causing the problem i got another blue screen and now in a automatic repair loop. ive tried absolutely everything. i cant reset my pc because theres a problem, i cant restart it, i cant enter safe mode, i cant do anything. ive tried doing commands, nothing works i need help please.
