HELP - Microsoft needs to fix KB5032874 for .DOT NET, it broke explorer.exe two timesMy Windows 11 PC lost ability to use File Explorer (Explorer.exe - for seeing files, it wouldn’t start a window to do so) two times, when the following Windows update was installed: .NET 6.0 Update - October 24, 2023 (KB5032874). Uninstalling it resolved the problem both times. But it already reinstalled the second time even though Windows Updates were still paused!----------------------------------------------------The first occurrence was on October 12, 2023. I looked in the Event log and saw many occurren
