Guest wmwilker Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 how can I get the document printed notification to stop showing. I have to click on the bubble notification each time I print a document, which is several times a day. The printer icon used to show and dissapear when a document was printed and now the bubble notification shows up each time. How can I stop this?

Hi wmwilker Try this: Go to Control Panel | Printers & Faxes. In the printers window, highlight the offending printer, then click on File | Server Properties. Click on the Advanced tab and uncheck "Show informational notifications for local printers" and/or "Show informational notifications for network printers", then click OK. -- Nightowl
