Microsoft Store, Windows update and Windows defender DONT WORK, HELP ME PLS.

Microsoft store doesnt work anymore. When I try to download or update an app it keeps saying download going, but then suddenly stops and say Try Again. Windows update's downloads reamin at 0% and stay like that forever. Windows defender doesnt work and when i click on the security app it says That the admin IT has limited the access to certain app and areas (and No, I dont have any third-party antivirus). I have tried every solution I could find but nothing works. When i go to the services through the run commands I cant even find windows defender. What Should I do?I also tried to restore my
