What the hell is wrong with the default snipping tool?

I literally couldn't even try including a screenshot if I'd like to since it wouldn't even capture the whole issue. I've reinstalled the snipping tool just last week, and it was working fine again until today. Whenever I'm trying to screenshot a game NOT THE MAIN DESKTOP, it keeps tabbing me out. And no, I don't want a photo of the game since the photo only captures the character+background or just the background. I want to be able to send my bad luck and how well I did and I need the snipping tool to work properly to do that. When I win+shift+s, there's a delayed response and it tabs me out t
