I am trying to restore images from OneDrive back to my PC but some of my raw files are missing now. What to do?

I foolishly backed up my pictures to OneDrive and it messed everything up, so I followed instructions to restore them but I have entire folders with no raw files & I don't know how to find them & restore them now. Help!
