What does this mean when my pc's cmd shows up empty with the title c:\users\pcname\AppData\Roaming\gtwcibg? It makes my PC hang a lot

What does this mean when my pc's cmd shows up empty with the title c:\users\pcname\AppData\Roaming\gtwcibg? It makes my PC hang a lot and takes a while before it diasappears. It also seems to appear frequently after some minutes intervals
