[active directory] Logging

Hi Everyone,

 

I need to log the changes my personal makes in Active Directory to see who

does what. I have searched Google and found a registry change so that the

event log logs the changes. But that is not the solution.

 

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I appreciate an option without 3rd party

tools
