I have a Surface Book 2 that I bought new in 2019. It is still in great shape and works like new. I saw Windows came out with a new update (Windows 11) and when I tried to update my device, it won't update and says my Microsoft device is not compatible with the Microsoft Windows 11 update. Also, I received a pop up window informing me my laptop will be able to continue to run on Windows 10 until 2025. As soon as the new update came out, my laptop has had so many issues. My pen no longer works or will pair with my device even with a new battery. I can tell a huge shift in how my device ha
