Exchange 2003 OWA and Outlook 2007

I have installed Windows 2003 Enterprise Server on a Dual Core Intel

CPU with 1GB RAM, installed Service Pack 2 and installed all the

latest updates.

I then made the machine a Domain Controller with a .local zone.

After then installing MS Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise and following

all the steps in the Deployment Plan (Forest Prep, Domain Prep, etc)

exchange works fine.

Added several users and created their mailboxes in the usual way (via

outlook 2003) and all worked fine.

When checking mailbox with Outlook Web Access using Firefox, the

mailbox is fine.

Then when we check the mail box with IE on a PC with Outlook 2007

installed, the mailbox is unreachable. Further to this, ALL mailboxes

on the server are unreachable via Outlook Web Access, apart from the

Administrator's.

The mailboxes can still be accessed via outlook 2003 however locally

on the server, just impossible via web access.

If I create a new account after this "incident", that new account is

accessible both via outlook and web access.

If I delete the mailbox and reconnect it, same problem

If I delete the mailbox and create a new one, same problem

If I disable, wait, enable outlook web access, same problem.

Its hard to determine if it is a permission problem or a mailbox

problem, but we know for sure that it is related to outlook 2007 as

Windows Server/Exchange has been installed several times now and the

problem has been re-created from several PCs running outlook 2007.

We have tried Google'ing this problem with no luck what so ever.

Please help.

Glad to hear it, but for future reference, try posting Exchange questions in

microsoft.public.exchange.* for the most expert help. I'm also dying to find

out how you managed to create a user & a mailbox using Outlook 2003, but

that's a story for another day, I guess. ;-)
