Quick question, do I need to do a new Media Creation Tool after each major update such as 23H2 which I have just had or is twice a year still enough?

Just had 23H2 installed, only did a new Media Creation tool on the 3rd November, do I need to do a new one now? Also should I do a new Recovery Drive as I only did that at the end of October?Many thanks in advance.
