Right hand side (arrow keys, insert etc) of keyboard not working in normal boot. Everything works ok in safe mode

Hello.I have recently run into an issue whereby the right hand side (and caps lock) on my keyboard are not working. The number keys work however pressing the number lock key does nothing (not even illuminate the light). I have booted into SafeMode and everything works correctly.I have spoken to Microsoft who suggested that this is a driver issue with my motherboard and that I should contact them. I have updated my motherboard BIOS and I updated the chipset drivers but that hasn't helped. I have noticed that in my system information, the kbdclass and kbdhid drivers are NOT running..
