how to get s video to work from pc to tv?

cord is hooked up, what do i do next? i cant find the video im playing

anywhere on my tv. do i need to do a download, mess with the settings, can

somebody quickly help or tell me what to do or lead to to a link please.

SO I HAVE IT SHOWING ON MY TV NOW. BUT ONLY MY BACKGROUND.. WHAT DO I DO

NEXT? HOW DO I DRAG FILES INTO THE SCREEN 2?

okay, i have everything perfect on my tv, but there is no sound from the tv,

why?

S-video only carries the video portion and not the sound. You also need to

connect sound from the computer output to the TV input.
