Microsoft Store wont install any apps, all posted fixes not working

Hello, My laptop screen was replaced by the manufacturer and they decided to re-image the device as part of this process. The device was on windows 11 but they re-imaged it to windows 10, it was extremely difficult to get it upgraded to windows 11 as it was not letting me sign into my microsoft account, wasn't letting me run the pc health check, and the microsoft store would say "unknown layout in the manifest file" my thinking was this device was still showing as windows 11 in my microsoft connected devices list so I figured that was causing problems so I was eventually able to make a media c [url="https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-store-wont-install-any-apps-all-posted/89f8c123-e4dd-4572-867c-8b8d1694f781"]Continue reading...[/url]
