Issues opening Word/Excel files from Downloads folder due to security

Excel/Word files located in Downloads folder on machines are experiencing issue where under properties the following security is appearing "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect the computer."The files would have been downloaded from legitimate sources, but this error is still occurring and causing issue for end users who can no longer open the files without unblocking it first. There is a potential workaround which involves this reg key being created.
