Audio droppouts on windows 11, LatencyMon seems to point to ACPI.sys, but I can't fix it. Is it even possible to run audio without droppouts on windo

I bought this laptop specifically to make and perform music live a few months ago, however I'm running into small hiccups, audio drop outs etc. when I run Reaper, Traktor, Reaktor, or even just watching youtube videos. I've done the obvious, like play with the buffer settings, try different drivers (I'm using a Motu m4 audio interface), tweaked powers settings, following windows 11 optimization guides for audio, etc.. According to LatencyMon, the issues seems to be specifically related to ACPI.sys, however I have no idea how exactly to remedy this.
