Guest craigfreyman@hotmail.com Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 I'm syncing a folder for offline use and would like to be able to uncheck certain folders/files from the sycn. Every subfolder has the "Always Available Offline" greyed out with a checkmark. I have tried to enable the local group policy: User Config --> Admin Templates --> System --> Folder Redirection --> Do not automatically make redirected folders available offline But it seems to do nothing after a gpupdate /force. I know in XP this attribute was under Offline Files and they seem to have moved it. Anyone know how to allow me to uncheck certain folders/files? Thanks!

You should post this in a Vista group for best results, but note that you can't override certain domain group policy settings with anything in your *local* policy, so that isn't the right place to look.
