Would someone who has actually achieved it please provide the DISM Command line for removal of the latest LCU package?

I've never found any evidence on any forum of anyone succeeding at doing this (or even trying for that matter); the instructions which start with a link in Settings/Update History are of almost no use and only provide a starting point. The format/syntax required seems to imply significant knowledge to be able to interpret the "dot point" type instructions. I just want to get rid of the 680MB taking up space on my low storage device.
