Any devices with a static user interface?

So this constantly changing user interface (something that never used to happen) is absolutely the most frustrating annoying thing i've ever experienced in life. I am 50 years old, and my w95 computer was reliable, understood, and didnt change all the time, while having security and safety updates. Todays device engineers seem to be on a determined path of destruction with dynamic interfaces. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that every month i am required to spend more time relearning new features than actually being productive with my machine. I detest the changes, I just want somet
