Guest Nojiko Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Help! I was playing a computer game when I accidently hit a couple of keys and my monitor image flipped sideways! As I type this I have to keep turning my head to the side. I tried restarting the computer and I tried system restore, but it said the system restore was not completed because none of the settings on my computer had been changed since the last restore point. I don't know how to get it back to normal. Please help me, my neck is really stsrting to cramp!

Guest JS Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Re: Monitor is sideways! Some graphics cards come with utilities or an option to rotate your display. Most likely to be found in the Display/Advanced option. You may also be able to turn off Display rotation so the problem does not happen again. Click on Start/Control Panel/Display/Setting Tab, Advanced button or it could be an Icon in the control panel specifically for the Video Card you have. The following may also work: CTRL+ALT+Up arrow on some but not all video cards. Guest Cleve S. Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Re: Monitor is sideways! Right click a blank space on the desktop. In the middle of the menu you should see 'Graphics Options' with a sub-menu of rotation. Check 'Normal'. Cleve S.
