Can my PC "listen" for the fire alarm?

I'm trying to find a way to have my windows 10 PC "listen" for the fire alarm using it's internal microphone. I want my PC to "hear" the sound of the alarm and then alert me or flash a message etc on screen.Much like Andriod and iOS have the Sound Notifications and Sound Recognition apps respectively, is there an app / system setting that can already do this or does anyone know of a reliable app for PC?
