Non riesco ad aggiornare il notebook acer con windows 21h2 a SO windows 23H2. Come procedere?

Ho tentato più volte di aggiornare il SO del notebook acer swift3, già funzionante con windows 11 21h2, alla versione 23h2. Nessun tentativo è andato a buon fine. Ho controllato con WindowsPCHealthCheckSetup e ho proceduto con Windows11InstallationAssistant, ma senza esito.Codici errori:0xc00004090x800706520xc1900101
