how to turn two drives into one

I have a new computer with 80gb harddrive split into two drives, a primary

and logical. Can anybody help me join the two drives as one? cheers

As long as there is no data or programs on the second drive, you can use a program like Partition

Magic to reduce the size of the second drive and increase the size of the primary drive. However

that will not give you 100% of the drive back. Other than that, you would have to remove both

partitions (drives) and reformat.

If there is no data on the second partition, with partition magic you delete

the partition then expand the the existing partition to use all avilable

space
