Couple of nights ago anything I clicked on something on the right side of my screen the colors of the entire display changed. Left side of the screen

I’ve also been dealing with (and not sure cause I see what yall do to people who say they are hacked) what I think is someone remoting into my pc despite turning rdp off. I’ll check my clipboard and things will be copied that I never copied, they’ll put things in the recycle bin and then show me that it’s network shared? There’s a lot more, but I’m wondering what the color changing is about.
