Cannot Delete Movies from my PC. Please help!

I am having a problem deleting a few movies that I downloaded from a file sharing site. The website in question is Limewire, however, although I deleted the software a little while ago, then installed it again, there are still 1 or 2 movies that I just can't delete. Each time I try to delete it, it says something like: 'Cannot delete file as it is being used by another user (or something like that)..

Anyway, I have noticed too that the movies in question have the Real Player logo with whicj to open them up, even though I have also deleted the Rael Player from my PC??

I just can't understand why, unlike other files and movies that I have downloaded where it offers you a chance to delete it when you click on it, why I can't see an option to delete these ones.

Can somebody please help me with this as I don't know what to do anymore.
