Touchpad doesn't seem to be seen by windows after installing Windows 10, how can I make it work?

So I just got this Lenovo laptop and it had Windows 11 preinstalled, touchpad was working fine then. I don't like win 11 so I downloaded the iso thing that Microsoft has on it's download pages and I installed win 10 (created the iso file, and then went in and ran setup.exe) but when that happened, windows 10 doesn't see my touchpad. it's not in device manager (I have to use an external mouse to use my cursor, and the only thing listed for a mouse is my external one) and it's not in settings. the Lenovo service bridge or whatever said that all drivers are up to date.
