How to get refund on gift cards that were bought by a hacker?

I work up and got an email say this "Rosemarie Haper joined your family". I don't know who that is or what "my family" is. Then a couple minutes after that I was charged for $50 worth of Microsoft credit. I don't have the credit on my account so I assume this Rosemarie Haper took it. Then after they charged me, both me and Rosemarie (the hacker in question) were removed from the family account.How do I go about disputed this transaction and how can I get my money back?Thanks
