The TikTok account was my professional art account and I've been locked out of it for about a year now. I just got the idea today to try and log into the email but when I did, it said it doesn't recognize it. So I made a new Hotmail account using the exact same email as before, but the TikTok says it's only linked to the old one that's inactive and can't connect to the new email with the exact same spelling. Please, I was told that an account will only be deleted in 5 years, how can I recover my account and email? I've tried everything and this is my last hope.
